Certificate of Enlistment (CE)

Every person engaged or intending to be engaged in any profession, trade or calling within the area of Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority shall have to obtain a Certificate of Enlistment from this authority. For providing better service the Trade License Department of this authority has been made fully computerized. Acquiring and renewing of Trade license is hassle free now. Approximately 400 no. of Certificate of Enlistment has been issued by this Authority.
1. PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINED NEW TRADE LICENSE OR VARIOUS TRADE LICENSE

  • Apply in the specified form available in the license department. Fill in the form in block letters.

  • The payment has to be made at the Bank Counter of INDIAN OVERSEAS BANK, Sector-V Branch, Plot - 34/2, Block - GN, Sector-V, Salt Lake, Kolkata - 700 091, Phone:23572669.

  • Payments can be made in Cash/Cheque/Bank Draft. The Cheque /Bank Draft have to be issued in favour of A/c. of "Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority" and may be accepted subject to realization.

  • Under section 116 of Bengal Municipal Act, 1993 in case of all transfers of Titles and Successions by Inheritance and Rental Agreement a notice is required to be given to the Chairman.
