Citizen's Charter

Nabadiganta has adopted the principle of "SMART" Civic Administration that is Simple, Moral, Accountable, Responsive and Transparent.

Nabadiganta Industrial Township Authority proposes to release citizens' charter to achieve the twin objectives of streamlining public services and informing the citizens regarding their rights and responsibilities. Apart from making wide publicity of the proposed citizens’ charter a website of this authority has also been launched highlighting all issue along with provisions for filing objections and suggestions.

1. THE PURPOSE BEHIND THE CITIZENS' CHARTER
  • Provide all important information to the citizens about the services being delivered by Nabadiganta and its concerned departments.

  • Generate public awareness regarding the rights and responsibilities of the citizens with regard to the functions discharged and the time frame in which public grievances will be attended to by various functionaries of the authority.

  • Solicit the cooperation of the citizens in maintenance of a clean, green and healthy township in the spirit of mutual help, partnership and togetherness.
